Tomorrow Stephanie and I are getting on a plane bright and early to continue our annual trip tradition… this time in New Orleans!!! We are planning to do most of the touristy things and more importantly, eat all of the food we’ve been hearing so much about! The Big Easy*, here we come!
*Hopefully this isn’t like saying The Big Apple and will not have me immediately ostracized by locals.
